At later stages between 1996-2004 many companies have been founded in different specialties within the Health Care business Domain and Construction works to meet the market requirements. Then gathered, in one group function and integrated in operational unity, to be able providing one solution in one stop services concept to our customers. At 2003 the choice has been made to name this group of companies and Bureaus in function, A.G.M.E.S.T by gathering of the first letter A from the name of the first bureau operated at 1993, and where G stand for Group, M for Medical, E for Engineering, S for Solutions and T for Technologies. This name AGMEST became the brand name of our group of companies and has been registered officially in Iraq and Jordan in 2004 as, ‘’AGMEST Group Investment and Development PSH Co.’’.
In the year 2000 the group headquarters moved to Amman for smoother logistics more solid financial facilities and better international communications. All sales operations and technical services remain mainly in Baghdad.
AGMEST sole activity before 9th.April.2003 was providing technical services (i.e. installation, commissioning, maintenance, as well as on-site service and training application) to the international vendors who deliver their equipment's to the Health Care Sector in Iraq.
AGMEST retains a focus on quality of service and efficiency, with a deserved reputation in the independent healthcare sector for consistent achievement of these values.
AGMEST has expanded significantly, and has actively implemented its knowledge and skills in marketing and sales, beside its accumulated experience in technical services, which puts the group in the lead in the open market challenge of new Iraq.

AGMEST services set up in Iraq operations: AGMEST activities covers the whole of Iraq with its southern area branch in Basra and other branches in Alnajaf, Erbil and Soleimani, to work closely and in liaison with Baghdad offices, as well as other offices in Jordan, UAE and France.
AGMEST promotes, markets, sells, and distributes products of over 500 international companies and manufacturers in the Iraqi market exclusively representing more than 40 international companies and manufacturers, and has nonexclusive business agreements with more than 70 other companies and suppliers.

The future prospects of Iraqi women in the coming transitional period for new Iraq seems to be on the increase, and since a significant ratio of the Iraqi women are educated professionals, and have proven their ability to contribute greatly to the reconstruction of Iraq.
AGMEST plans in its future work force policy to increase women leadership and active participation in the group.
AGMEST’s prime concern in this respect is to create a framework of responsibility and accountability amongst its employees regardless of their gender.
